This is a giclee reprodution of a 1983 giveaway poster. It is difficult to come by, known affectionately to collectors as the “Nova” or “Starfall” style. Features Noriyoshi Ohrai’s fantastic artwork, these very rare posters were only offered to the public exclusively at the theaters themselves during the first release or as reportedly a trading card giveaway. This makes it far more scarce as fans had no other opportunities to acquire these fine Japanese posters.
